Your January score allows you to understand the overall effects of your food and activity choices on your body. It is based on three different factors:

  1. Glucose glycation (most important part)

  2. Amount of physical activity (based on PVO/heart-rate not logged activity)

  3. Food consumption

Your score is tailored to you and uses your own past data as a baseline. You should expect to see your score increase if you make healthier food and activity choices than you normally do and decrease if you make less healthy choices.

To increase your score, eat foods that do not spike your blood glucose levels and increase your physical activity throughout your day.
