We collect your ID because we must be able to verify your identity with our telehealth partners before reviewing the prescription request.  Since the January app requires a CGM, which is a prescription device, we must be able to match any information you provide with a valid ID. Any data you give us is encrypted, and we follow HIPAA standards to protect your private health information.
