Almost everyone 18+ is eligible to use the January app! However, there are a few instances where someone is not eligible — most commonly, if you are taking insulin, if you have type 1 diabetes or some other medical conditions, or provide inaccurate information in the telehealth evaluation (such as not uploading a valid government ID).
