Many data points contribute to our AI’s ability to predict your glucose curve two hours into the future, including heart rate data, food logging, activity level, and glucose. That’s why we require you to wear a CGM and activity tracker for the first 14 days in the app. This provides us with a large enough data sample to understand your body in a way that we can project your glucose curve, based on your activity and eating habits.


It’s also critical that you consistently log your food. Without knowing your food intake, it’s impossible for us to predict your glucose levels.
