The most important thing you can do is log your major meals, but we highly encourage logging all snacks and beverages you consume throughout the day. If you drink a soda, for example, this would likely spike your blood sugar even if you don’t drink it with a meal. Unless you log that soda, we cannot estimate the metabolic impact of it. In short, the more detailed you are with logging food, the more accurate our AI-driven estimates and insights will be.
