A Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) automatically tracks your glucose levels, throughout the day and night. January uses a CGM to continuously pull glucose level data, but the data is only updated in the app once you scan your sensor in the Libre app. We use that data to show how your body uniquely responds to different foods and activities, and take it one step further by creating an estimated glucose curve, so you can predict how your body might react in the future!
