People taking insulin, or who may take insulin during the program, are not eligible for January’s Season of Me program.

People with certain other diabetes medications (eg Metformin, SGLT-2, GLP-1, and DPP4’s) can still participate in the Season of Me program. People taking other medications may also be eligible. To confirm your eligibility, please sign up for the Season of Me.

If your prescriptions or conditions change at a later date, we invite you to apply for the January program again.
