When you sign up for Season of Me, you’ll go through a telehealth consultation to determine if you are eligible for a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) prescription. If you are approved, you’ll receive a January Kit that includes 2 CGMs, which you’ll use during the first 4 weeks of the program, and access to the January app. You’ll also need a compatible heart rate monitor - please check out our list of compatible heart rate monitors here.
