During registration, you’ll take a “health assessment” in which we ask you some questions about any health conditions may have, medical history, allergies, or medications you might be taking. Once you place your order, we send your health assessment to our partner provider network, where a physician who is licensed in your state of residence will review your information to determine whether they can approve you for a CGM prescription. If the physician has any questions about the information you've provided, they'll reach out to you.
Once a decision about your prescription has been made, we’ll send you an update email, letting you know if you’ve been approved. If your prescription is approved, it will be sent to our partner pharmacy who will fulfill your order and send you your January Kit! You can access your prescription and consult report by logging into your January account.
